Delivery & Returns

A simple guide to what happens after you order a book — from dispatch and delivery to cancellation, returns and refunds.

Delivery

Books are dispatched from the United Kingdom. We currently deliver only to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Once your order is confirmed, we aim to dispatch it within 2–3 working days. This is an anticipated dispatch time, not a guaranteed delivery date. The actual time it takes to reach you depends on the postal or courier service handling the parcel.

Standard UK delivery is included in the purchase price shown on the product page. There are no extra delivery charges added at checkout.

If an unexpected delay occurs, we will contact you as soon as we can to let you know and explain what happens next.

Order confirmation

After you complete your purchase, you will receive an immediate order confirmation email with your order reference and a summary of what you bought.

If your order is being prepared for fulfilment, you may also receive a further confirmation once it is ready to be dispatched.

For any questions about your order, write to us at books@sandeepjaryal.com and include your order reference if you have it.

Cancelling an order

If you change your mind after your book arrives, you can contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll guide you through the return process and explain the next steps. This applies to most standard, non-personalised books.

To cancel, simply tell us — a clear statement is enough. Send your request to books@sandeepjaryal.com with your order reference. You do not have to use a particular form of words.

Returning a book

If you wish to return a book, please contact us before sending it back. We will confirm the return instructions and provide the return address once your request has been received.

When returning a book, please:

  • include your order reference with the parcel;
  • package the book securely so it is not damaged in transit;
  • obtain proof of postage and keep it until your refund is processed.

For security and to make sure your return reaches the right place, the return address is provided privately by email once you contact us at books@sandeepjaryal.com. Please do not send books to our registered office.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders

If a book arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as you can at books@sandeepjaryal.com. Include your order reference and, if possible, a brief description of what went wrong.

Photographs are helpful for understanding the problem, but they are not mandatory. We will sort it out either way.

The appropriate remedy may include a replacement, a refund, or another remedy required by law, depending on what has happened.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method used for the order.

Once we have issued a refund, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and bank. We do not promise a specific number of banking days, but most refunds show up within a few working days.

Books ordered through this website are written and signed by Sandeep Jaryal. Orders are processed and fulfilled through ScyberX Limited, the legal seller (Company No. 12150281, registered in England and Wales).

The registered office is an administrative address and is not a returns address. For returns, contact books@sandeepjaryal.com and the appropriate return instructions will be provided privately.
